Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $6.99

Delivery times begin once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Documented Snob is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier (USPS/UPS). If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
